Baobab powder is renowned for its high vitamin C content. Baobab powder has 6 times the vitamin C of an orange by weight and provides over a half of the recommended daily amount in just one tablespoon. 

It also contains minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium as well as certain B vitamins, fibre and protein. Baobab powder has possibly the highest calcium content of any plant food !
