Pink berry is a flagship product among the spices of Madagascar. It appears as a smooth seed with a characteristic quite peppery flavour and a shimmering red color. Too often confused with "pink pepper"; pink berry is a spice with a wide range of virtues.

Pink berry is great to accompany your dishes such as meat, cheese and especially fish, add a little touch at the end of preparation.
